The Ministry of Education's subsidy for the "Executive Yuan's Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Reduction" for the fall semester of the 113th academic year has already been applied directly to the bill.

I.Payment Method via Mobile e-Form:

  1. Access the "Mobile Feng Chia APP" on your smartphone → Mobile e-Form → Student Payment System
    Or access through the website by entering "MyFCU" nine squares → Campus Life → Payment → Mobile e-Form → Student Payment System
  2. Enter "Feng Chia University Mobile e-Form" https://service202-sds.fcu.edu.tw/tuition/infologin.aspx
    Log in with (Student's Gregorian calendar birth date + student number or ID number) → Student Payment System; 
    *after logging in, select "Register Payment Slip", confirm your information, and complete the payment before the payment deadline using the selected payment method. Depending on the payment method, it takes about 1-5 working days to check the payment receipt.

II.Payment Deadline:
From August 1, 2024, to September 2, 2024 (For new and transfer students entering this semester, please pay according to the acceptance notification deadline).

III.Important Payment Information:

  1. If you wish to make installment payments by credit card, please confirm in advance if the issuing bank can handle installment payments and the handling fee rate. Once the card transaction is successful, the university cannot process a refund. Late payment will affect your right to study.
  2. If paying via ATM, please select the "Payment" option (no limit of NTD30,000).
  3. If you are unable to apply for a student loan and complete the payment due to financial difficulties within the deadline, please submit an application for deferred payment before September 9, 2024.

IV.Other Matters:

  1. If you need to apply for student concessions or student loans later, please go to myfcu/awards and information/student concessions (loans) for online application (application is required each semester). The difference must be paid in full before the payment process is completed. If you have any questions, please contact the Life Counselling Division at (04)2451-7250, extension 2518 for Mr. Chang for student concessions, extension 2227 for Mr. Lei or 2220 for Mr. Li for student loans. Extension 2220 for Mr. Li is for inquiries about the Executive Yuan's Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Reduction.
  2. The Continuing Education Bachelor's Degree program collects tuition and miscellaneous fees for 21 credits in advance each semester. The actual tuition and miscellaneous fees are calculated based on the selected credits as of the add/drop deadline, with adjustments made accordingly.
