Feng Chia University Leads the Way with Taiwan's First and Central Taiwan's Largest "2025 Campus Recruitment Fair"

Taiwan's first campus recruitment event was inaugurated by Feng Chia University! The "2025 Campus Recruitment Fair" was grandly held on March 4-5, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, at the 1F auditorium of the Recreation Building at Feng Chia University. By 2:00 PM on the first day, 1,868 participants had already attended.

This event brought together 111 companies and 122 booths, offering nearly 6,700 job vacancies across various industries, making it the largest campus recruitment fair in central Taiwan. The job vacancies offered by participating companies had an average monthly salary ranging from NT$38,000 to NT$76,000, providing rich and competitive employment opportunities for Feng Chia University students, alumni, and job seekers in central Taiwan.

During the two-day event, a special "Corporate Interview Session" was planned, with 35 companies and 36 sessions, allowing students to interact face-to-face with company representatives, increasing their chances of being hired. Additionally, company booths were open for on-site resume submissions, enabling job seekers to seize career opportunities immediately. To assist students in securing jobs, the university arranged resume diagnosis and sprint courses to help students enhance their job-seeking competitiveness. All students, whether graduating or from other grades, were encouraged to participate actively. Junior students could explore companies and plan their career paths in advance, while senior students could actively submit resumes and seize the golden period for job hunting to find their ideal employers.

The Office of Student Affairs and the Student Success Center at Feng Chia University actively promote employment preparation courses and corporate matching activities to help students enhance their workplace competitiveness and achieve the goal of employment upon graduation. From resume writing and interview skills to corporate recruitment briefings, a series of activities will continue until after the graduation ceremony, helping students plan their career development in advance and prepare fully for the future workplace.

Micron Technology Taiwan actively participated in this year's campus recruitment, with HR specialists enthusiastically introducing various details to the students who came for interviews.

The 2025 Feng Chia University Campus Recruitment Fair featured 111 companies and 122 booths, with 51 companies and 61 booths recruiting on the first day.

Regarding recruiting companies, quality companies from various industries nationwide were invited to recruit on campus. Many of the participating companies were among the top 1,000 companies selected by CommonWealth Magazine, spanning various fields such as semiconductors, information technology, manufacturing, construction, financial services, real estate brokerage, service circulation & transportation logistics, and more. Companies such as TSMC, Largan Precision, HannStar Display, Winbond Electronics, ASE Technology, Micron Technology Taiwan, Foxconn, Murata Manufacturing Taiwan, UMC, and many others participated in this recruitment fair. It is expected to attract students from universities and colleges in central Taiwan and job seekers from the Central Taiwan Science Park.
